Tomorrow’s Future Foundation (TFF) is a registered South African non-profit organization dedicated to empowering children and youth in underserved communities. We believe that every child deserves equal access to education, dignity, and care, no matter their background.
Founded on the vision of breaking barriers to opportunity, TFF works directly with schools, families, and communities to provide practical support and long-term solutions. Through our flagship Equip to Thrive Programme, we supply essential school uniforms, stationery, hygiene kits, wellness workshops, and youth empowerment activities.

Executive Director & Founder
Ezekiel Mathumbu
As the Founder and Chairperson of Tomorrow’s Future Foundation, I am committed to building a strong, accountable, and visionary organisation that transforms the lives of vulnerable children and youth. I hold an Honours in Financial Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Risk Management, which equip me to provide strategic leadership, sound governance, and risk oversight. My role is to guide the organisation’s growth, inspire partnerships, and ensure that our initiatives remain impactful, sustainable, and true to our mission.

A Development Studies graduate, equipped with knowledge and skills to analyze and address social, economic, and environmental issues in various contexts. Vast understanding of development theories, policies, and practices, and can apply critical thinking to drive positive change in communities, organizations, or governments.

Simphiwe Marcia Radebe
With a background in finance, project management, and leadership, I ensure that our initiatives are delivered efficiently and with lasting impact. My academic foundation in behavioural sciences, sociology, and international business, together with my project management expertise, enables me to oversee projects that empower communities and improve the lives of children and youth across South Africa.

Communication & Marketing Director
Liam Jones
I bring experience in finance, administration, and community engagement to my role as Communication and Marketing Director. I use my skills in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and relationship-building to strengthen donor confidence and drive impactful campaigns that highlight our mission and inspire support for the children and youth we serve.

Chief Financial Officer
Ntanganedzeni Mufamadi
I am a finance analyst with a strong foundation in financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic planning, supported by a postgraduate degree in finance. I specialize in interpreting complex data to guide decision-making, improve performance, and drive sustainable growth. At Tomorrow’s Future Foundation, my goal is to ensure financial stability and deliver accurate, timely, and strategic insights that strengthen our impact and long-term sustainability.

As the Legal Director at Tomorrow’s Future Foundation, I am responsible for ensuring the organisation's compliance with laws and regulations while advancing its mission.
